Who we are

What you get

• Watermarked preview: one watermarked day view of the sign on the facade. In test mode it is a labelled sample, not a composite of your logo. The intended live wait is within 24 hours. Email delivery is not connected on this build, so test mode shows the sample on the page.
• Paid proof sheet: pricing coming soon. When checkout exists, one storefront is a day render, a night render, one alternate sign type and a before/after card, intended within 24–48 hours of payment. Five storefronts is the same set, five times. No subscription.
• Sign types in this version: front-lit channel letters, halo-lit letters, lightbox / cabinet, and flat panel.

We do not provide shop drawings, permit drawings, measured dimensions, vector or fabrication export, proposals, e-sign, client approval links, accounts, or a credit balance. Vehicle wraps, window vinyl, monument signs and pylon signs are out of scope.

Payment

Pricing coming soon. The unlock control says payment link TBD. No checkout is connected, and submitting the form does not charge a card. When a payment link is added, the page will send you to that checkout and these terms still apply. This page does not state a price.

Your photo and your logo

You confirm that you own the storefront photo or have permission to use it, and that you have the right to use the logo. Do not upload a logo or a photo you cannot use. Do not send a photo whose subject is a person's face. We use the files only to make the mockup. We do not post them.

Concept images

A finished render may be made with an image model and checked by a person. It shows how a sign can look. It is not a measured drawing, and it is not a promise of colour, brightness, letter depth or structural fit. Every delivered image is labelled as a concept visualisation, not a shop drawing. Test-mode images use the fictional brand Juniper & Rye and are labelled Sample - test mode.

If a paid result is wrong

Once payment exists: if the delivered letters do not match the logo you sent, and we cannot fix them, you do not pay for that storefront (or we refund it if you already paid). If we do not deliver a paid sheet, you get a refund of what you paid for it. Ask by email. This build cannot take a payment, so there is nothing to refund yet. Pricing coming soon.

Your 14-day withdrawal right (EU consumers)

If you buy as a consumer (not for your business) in the EU, you normally have 14 days to withdraw from an online purchase. Because we start on your order right away, by placing an order you ask us to begin within the 14 days and agree that your right to withdraw ends once the order has been fully delivered.

The order form asks you to tick that sentence before you send a storefront. Before full delivery you can still withdraw: email [email protected] with a clear statement (for example "I withdraw from my order of [date]"). If you had paid, we refund the undelivered order within 14 days. The redo promise above applies on top of this, whether you are a consumer or a business.

Law

These terms are governed by Hungarian law. If you are a consumer, you keep the protection of the mandatory consumer laws of the country where you live. Please email us first. You can also complain to the authority where you live.
